How To Make Sausage, Bean & Bacon Bake

Ingredients
- 4 sausages
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14 oz) of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large oven-safe skillet or casserole dish, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, brown the sausages over medium heat. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until they are softened and fragrant.

Add the white beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Place the sausages on top of the bean mixture and crumble the cooked bacon over the top.

Cover the skillet or casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the dish is bubbly and golden.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
