How To Make Ultimate Totchos
This totchos recipe combines the best of both worlds- tater tots and nachos. The crisp tots are served with a load of beef, nacho cheese, and jalapenos.

Ingredients
- 1cupHomemade Nacho Cheese Sauce,(recipe in notes below)
- 32ozfrozen tater tots,(1 bag)
- 1tbspolive oil
- 1lblean ground beef
- 2tbspTaco Seasoning,(1 packet)
- ½cupsour cream
- ½cuptomatoes,diced
- ¼cuppickled jalapeños,sliced
Instructions

Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Place the tater tots on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add 1 pound lean ground beef, season with 1 tablespoon taco seasoning, and cook until cooked through and browned. Set aside.

Prepare (or reheat) Nacho Cheese Sauce.

Drizzle the cheese sauce over the cooked tater tots and then spoon the beef and corn over the cheese.

Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños, or any other toppings you prefer.
