How To Make Loaded Tater Tot Nachos

Satisfy your cravings with this Tater Tot nachos baked with loads of cheese, bacon, and chorizo, then topped with sour cream and tomatoes.

  • 1bagTater Tots,approximately 32 oz
  • 2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
  • 6slicesbacon,cooked and crumbled
  • ½cupchorizo,or smoked sausage, cooked and chopped

For Toppings:

  • 1cuptomatoes,diced
  • 4green onions,sliced
  • ½cupsour cream


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Place Tater Tots in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes turning after 10 minutes.

  3. Top with bacon, sausage, and cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  4. Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes, green onions, and sour cream. Serve immediately.
