How To Make Easy Greek Nachos

Try something foreign with these Greek nachos recipe. Whip out the pita bread, hummus, and feta, and give this classic recipe a fulfilling twist!

Ingredients

  • 2small wheat pita rounds,100% whole, about 70 – 80 calories each
  • ½grape tomatoes,or ½ cup quartered
  • ¾cupcucumber,diced
  • ¼cupfeta cheese,crumbled
  • 2tbsphummus,prepared or homemade

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Cut the pita rounds into quarters and pull them apart so you have 8 triangles from each pita.

  3. Spread over a baking sheet and bake for around 8 to 10 minutes, until toasted.

  4. While toasting, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes and feta in a medium bowl.

  5. Put the toasted pitas on two plates and drop some hummus onto the chips.

  6. Spoon the tomato mixture on top and serve.
