Ingredients

  • 8eggs,hard boiled
  • 1small avocado,ripe
  • 2tbspmayonnaise
  • 2tsplemon juice,or lime
  • ¼tspgarlic powder
  • tspcayenne pepper
  • salt,to taste
  • 3bacon slices,cooked, crisp, crumbled, to garnish
  • paprika,to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the eggs in half, then remove the yolks.

  2. Mash together the yolks, avocado, mayonnaise, juice, cayenned pepper, and salt until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pipe into egg whites, then top with crumbled bacon and paprika.

  4. Serve, and enjoy!
