How To Make Polish Sausage and Horseradish Deviled Eggs Recipe

Deviled eggs with a kick of horseradish and chunks of savory Polish sausage.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped Polish sausage

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs and cool in cold water.

  2. Peel and cut eggs in half lengthwise.

  3. Scoop out yolks and mix with mayonnaise, horseradish, salt, and pepper.

  4. Fold in chopped Polish sausage.

  5. Scoop the mixture back into the egg white halves.

  6. Chill until ready to serve.
