Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 8 ounces of Brie cheese
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 slices of Serrano ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, slice the Brie cheese into thin pieces.

Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven and layer each slice with a piece of Brie cheese.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top each Brie-topped baguette slice with a spoonful of the tomato mixture.

Place a slice of Serrano ham on top of each bruschetta.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
