Ingredients
- 24 escargot shells
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Rinse and clean the escargot shells thoroughly. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Spoon a small amount of the herb butter mixture into each escargot shell.

Place the filled shells on a baking sheet and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the butter is melted and bubbly.
