Ingredients

  • 200g cooked goose meat, shredded
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 100g mixed salad leaves
  • 50g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together shredded goose meat, sliced pears, and mixed salad leaves.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top and serve.
