Ingredients

  • 2 goose breasts, diced
  • 4 quinces, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

  3. Allow the mixture to cool and transfer to jars for storage.

  4. Serve as a condiment or side.
