How To Make Goose and Sage Sausage Rolls
These savory sausage rolls are packed with flavorful goose and sage, perfect for breakfast or as a snack!

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground goose
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp dried sage
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine ground goose, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, dried sage, salt, and pepper.

Cut the rectangle in half lengthwise. Place the goose mixture lengthwise down the center of each half.

Fold the puff pastry over the filling, overlapping the edges, and press the edges together to seal.

Cut each roll into 4 equal-sized pieces.

Place the sausage rolls onto the lined baking sheet. Brush with milk.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and the goose is cooked through.
