Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup goose meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté carrots until lightly browned but still firm.

  2. Add goose meat and orange juice to the skillet. Stir well.

  3. Add honey, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir occasionally until the sauce thickens and coats the carrots.

  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
