How To Make Goose and Brussels Sprouts Skillet Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb goose breast, sliced
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Season goose slices with thyme, salt, and pepper. Add to skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. Add Brussels sprouts to the same skillet and cook until tender and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.

  5. Return goose slices to the skillet and toss with Brussels sprouts. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
