  • 4 wild duck breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Pat dry the duck breasts with paper towels.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and garlic powder.

  4. Brush the duck breasts with the oil mixture, coating all sides evenly.

  5. Place the duck breasts on the hot grill, skin side down.

  6. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.

  7. Remove from the grill and let the duck breasts rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
