How To Make Bison Meatloaf Recipe
Delicious meatloaf made with lean bison meat.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground bison
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - 1 egg
 - 1/4 cup diced onion
 - 1/4 cup diced green pepper
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1/4 cup ketchup
 - 2 tbsp brown sugar
 - 1 tbsp mustard
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - 
In a large bowl, combine bison, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, green pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
 - 
Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
 - 
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
 - 
Spread the ketchup mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
 - 
Bake in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, until cooked through.
 - 
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
