How To Make Delicata Squash Fries Recipe

- 2 delicata squash
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cut off the ends of the delicata squash. Slice the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
