How To Make Delicata Squash and Sage Pizza
A delicious vegetarian pizza featuring delicata squash and fresh sage.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 small delicata squash, seeded and sliced thin
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh sage leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Brush olive oil over pre-made pizza crust.

Spread ricotta cheese over the pizza crust.

Sprinkle minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and sage on top of the ricotta cheese.

Add sliced delicata squash on top of cheese mixture.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and squash is tender.

Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
