How To Make Next Level Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 24 ladyfingers
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions

In a shallow dish, dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso, coating both sides. Place them in a single layer in a square baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and creamy. Add in the mascarpone and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.

Spread half of the mascarpone filling over the soaked ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone filling.

Sift the cocoa powder over the top layer of mascarpone. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.

Cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
