Ingredients
- 7 small cucumbers
- 5 lbs sugar
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup mixed spices
- ¼ whole clove
- ¼ whole cinnamon
Instructions
- Boil sugar, water, vinegar and spices to syrup.
- Pack washed cucumbers into sterilized jars.
- Fill with hot syrup and seal.
