- 4 large Portobello mushrooms, stems removed and diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the diced Portobello mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.
