How To Make Piri Piri Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb red chilies, chopped, preferably African Bird’s Eye peppers
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika, smoked, or any chili powders
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup basil, chopped
- ½ cup olive oil, or vegetable oil
- 1 lemon juice
- salt, to taste
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Process to form a smooth sauce to preferred consistency.
