How To Make Piri-piri Prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) large prawns, deveined and cleaned
  • 2 tbsp piri-piri sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the piri-piri sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Add the prawns to the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Cook the prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

  5. Remove from the heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
