How To Make Piri-piri Prawns

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) large prawns, deveined and cleaned
- 2 tbsp piri-piri sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the piri-piri sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Add the prawns to the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Cook the prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

Remove from the heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve hot and enjoy!
