Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp piri-piri sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the prawns and piri-piri sauce. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

  3. In another bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make the salsa.

  4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.

  5. To assemble the wraps, spread an even layer of shredded lettuce on each tortilla. Top with cooked prawns and salsa.

  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve.
