Ingredients
- 1cupdry white wine
- 1garlic clove
- 2green onions,sliced
- 3ozcream cheese
- 4ozcheddar cheese,shredded
- 4ozswiss cheese,shredded
- 4ozmozarella cheese,shredded
- 2tbspflour
- ½lbbacon,cooked crisp, crumbled
- 4ozjalapeno peppers,drained, chopped
- pretzel bread,warm, for serving
Instructions

Simmer the wine, garlic, and green onion for 2 minutes.

Stir in the cream cheese until melted.

Toss the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, and mozzarella cheese with the flour. Add the cheese a handful at a time over low heat until melted.

Stir in the bacon and jalapeno peppers.

Serve warm with pretzel bread for dipping, and enjoy!
