Instructions

Makes ½ cup:

  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Whisk until well blended. Sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste; stir again to combine. Taste and adjust as needed.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer it to a container with a lid. Refrigerate until needed.
