How To Make Harissa Cauliflower Recipe

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the harissa paste, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are coated evenly with the harissa mixture.

  4. Place the cauliflower onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25 minutes, until they are tender and slightly charred.

  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
