How To Make Harissa and Lemon Chicken Thighs Recipe

  • 8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a bowl, mix together harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Rub the chicken thighs with the harissa mixture.

  5. Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
