How To Make Harissa and Feta Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  • 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup harissa paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine feta cheese, harissa paste, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Fill each pepper half with the feta mixture.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes until peppers are tender.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
