How To Make Cranberry Pear Relish

  • 1orange
  • cranberries,1 bag
  • 1bartlett pear,cored, cut into large chunks
  • ½cuplight brown sugar,more or less to taste
  • pinchkosher salt
  • ¼cuppecans,chopped, toasted


  1. Zest the orange, then peel and cut them roughly into wedges.

  2. Add the orange wedges, zest, cranberries, pear, sugar, and and salt to a food processor, then pulse until coarsely chopped.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.

  4. Stir in the pecans, serve, and enjoy!
