Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries
- 2 ripe pears, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine cranberries, pears, brown sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt, and water.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and pears are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
