How To Make Cheesy Hamburger Dip
Serve this cheesy hamburger dip along with your favorite appetizers made with hamburger flavors and topped with more cheese then baked until bubbly.
Ingredients
- 1lblean ground beef
- 1onion,finely diced
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- 8ozCabot Cream Cheese,softened
- ½cupsour cream
- 2tbspketchup,or barbecue sauce
- 1tbspWorcestershire sauce
- ½tspsmoked paprika
- 1tbspdijon mustard
- 3tbspdill pickle juice
- 2cupsCabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese,divided
- 8bacon slices,fried crisp and chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, dill pickle juice, and Dijon mustard with a hand mixer until fluffy.

Fold ground beef, 1½ cups of Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese, and half of the bacon.

Spread into a 9-inch pie plate or casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake for 18 to 21 minutes or until melted and bubbly. Broil if desired.
