How To Make Flax Seed and Vegetable Stir-Fry
A healthy and flavorful stir-fry made with crunchy veggies and protein-rich flax seeds.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok on high heat.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas and cook for 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.

Add soy sauce, flax seeds, salt, and pepper and stir well for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot with rice or quinoa.
