How To Make Thanksgiving Leftover Waffle Sandwich Recipe

A delicious sandwich with a Thanksgiving twist.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 leftover waffles
  • 4 slices of turkey
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.

  2. Reheat your leftover turkey and ham in the microwave or on the stovetop.

  3. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each piece of heated turkey and ham.

  4. Place two waffles in the waffle iron and cook until crispy.

  5. On one waffle, spread cranberry sauce, on the other waffle, spread mayonnaise.

  6. Place the turkey and ham with melted cheese on the waffle with cranberry sauce.

  7. Top with the other waffle with mayonnaise.

  8. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

  9. Cut in half and serve.
