How To Make Stuffing-Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16-20 large mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1/2 cup cooked stuffing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Combine the crumbled sausage and stuffing in a small mixing bowl.

  5. Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap.

  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of each mushroom.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top of each stuffed mushroom and serve.
