  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the olive oil and let it get hot.

  3. Add the sweet potatoes, onion, and bell pepper to the skillet. Saute for about 10 minutes or until sweet potatoes are fork-tender.

  4. Add the ground turkey to the skillet.

  5. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  6. Cook until turkey is browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
