How To Make Thanksgiving Pumpkin Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, heavy cream, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

  3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans.

  4. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture into a greased 9-inch square baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle half of the streusel mixture over pumpkin mixture.

  6. Repeat the layers.

  7. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown.

  8. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
