How To Make Thanksgiving Butternut Squash Casserole Recipe
This casserole is creamy, savory, and the perfect balance of flavors to complement any Thanksgiving feast.

Ingredients
- 1 large butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until tender.

Add cubed butternut squash to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Mix well.

Pour heavy cream into the skillet and stir to combine.

Transfer the butternut squash mixture to a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
