Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large skillet over low heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add the spinach leaves to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until they start to wilt.

  4. Add the heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

  5. Transfer the spinach mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
