Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add the cooked Brussels sprouts to the bowl and stir to combine.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the sprouts are cooked through.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
