How To Make Turkey and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
A wholesome breakfast sandwich with turkey and cheese, perfect to start the day.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of turkey (or leftover turkey)
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 English muffins, split
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey slices and cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove the turkey slices from the skillet and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook until scrambled.

Toast the English muffins.

Make the sandwiches: place a turkey slice on the bottom part of each English muffin, followed by a slice of cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and the top part of the English muffin.
