How To Make Sweet Potato Hash Recipe
A delicious and healthy breakfast made with sweet potatoes, eggs, and spices.

Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
- Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced sweet potatoes, red bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet.

Sprinkle smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables. Stir well to combine.

Cook for 15-20 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender and crispy on the outside.

Create four wells in the sweet potato hash and break an egg into each one.

Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are set to your liking.
