- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup of croutons
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper, until well combined.

Pour dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
