Tender shredded beef with a zesty chili-lime flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat slow cooker on high.

Season beef with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place beef in slow cooker and add lime juice and beef broth.

Cover and cook for 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low, until beef is tender and shreds easily.

Once beef is done, use two forks to shred it in the slow cooker and mix well with the juices.

Serve hot with your desired toppings like tortillas, cilantro, onions, cheese, and/or avocado.
