How To Make Bat-Shaped Peanut Butter Cookies
These spooky peanut butter cookies will add some fun to your Halloween festivities.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Bat-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out bat shapes using a cookie cutter.

Place the cookies 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
