- 2 cups crispy chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crispy chow mein noodles, creamy peanut butter, and butterscotch chips. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape into haystack-shaped mounds.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the haystacks are firm.
