  • 2 cups crispy chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crispy chow mein noodles, creamy peanut butter, and butterscotch chips. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

  2. Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape into haystack-shaped mounds.

  3. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the haystacks are firm.

  4. Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and serve immediately. Enjoy the crunchy and flavorful haystacks!
