  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200ml double cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pick ‘n’ mix toppings of your choice (e.g. mini eggs, marshmallows, sprinkles)


  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.

  2. In a saucepan, heat the double cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until hot but not boiling.

  3. Pour the cream mixture over the chocolate and let it sit for a minute to melt the chocolate.

  4. Stir the mixture until smooth and well combined.

  5. Divide the chocolate mixture into 4 small dessert pots or ramekins.

  6. Place the pots in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.

  7. Once set, remove the pots from the fridge and sprinkle your chosen pick ‘n’ mix toppings over each pot.
