How To Make Coconut Barfi Recipe
A traditional Indian sweet made with coconut, milk, and sugar.

Ingredients
- 2 cups grated coconut
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional)
Instructions

In a pan, mix coconut, milk, and sugar and cook on medium heat until it thickens.

Add cardamom powder and ghee and cook until it leaves the pan sides.

Pour the mixture into a greased tray and make it even.

Garnish with pistachios and let it cool.

Cut into pieces and serve.
