How To Make Marshmallow Christmas Fudge
This creamy fudge has a festive addition of mini marshmallows, making it perfect for a holiday treat.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
- Red and green food coloring
Instructions

Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, cream, and butter.

Cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, stirring occasionally.

Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted.

Add vanilla extract and food coloring until desired color is achieved.

Fold in marshmallows.

Pour mixture into prepared pan.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
