Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 40 minutes

  • 1.5 pounds of red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the red potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes out onto a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Flip the potatoes halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
