How To Make Sticky Hoisin Pork Steaks

Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Place pork steaks in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Reserve the remaining half for later.

Marinate the pork steaks in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove pork steaks from marinade and discard marinade.

Grill the pork steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Brush with the reserved marinade during cooking.

Remove pork steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve the sticky hoisin pork steaks garnished with chopped green onions.
